Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Scope
These general terms and conditions exclusively apply to the business relationship between Texolution GmbH and the customer.
Texolution GmbH does not recognize any terms and conditions that contradict or deviate from these T&Cs.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. After entering your personal data and clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button in the final step of the ordering process, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after the order has been submitted. The purchase contract is concluded with our order confirmation or delivery of the
goods. If you do not receive an order confirmation or delivery from us within 7 days, you are no longer bound by your order.

§ 4 Partial Deliveries
We are entitled to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for you. Additional shipping costs will only arise if expressly agreed.
§ 5 Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
§ 6 Warranty
The warranty is provided in accordance with statutory provisions.
§ 7 Agreement on Cost Bearing
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must bear the regular costs of the return shipment if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods and if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed 40 euros, or if, at the time of withdrawal, you have not yet provided the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment for a higher-priced item. Otherwise, the return shipment is free of charge for you.
§ 8 Prices
The price indicated for the purchased item in the respective offer is the final price. The price does not include delivery and shipping costs.
§ 9 Commercial Place of Jurisdiction
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is our business location, if you are a merchant.
