Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Scope of Application
These general terms and conditions exclusively apply to the business relationship between Texolution GmbH and the customer. Texolution GmbH does not recognize any terms and conditions that conflict with or deviate from these T&Cs.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. After entering your personal data and clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button in the final step of the ordering process, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after sending the order. The purchase contract is concluded with our order confirmation or delivery of the
goods. If you do not receive an order confirmation or delivery from us within 7 days, you are no longer bound by your order.
§ 3 Contract Text
The contract text will be stored. You can save the general contractual conditions and view them on this page at any time. The specific order data will be sent to you by email.
§ 4 Partial Deliveries
We are entitled to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for you. Additional shipping costs will only be incurred if expressly agreed upon.
§ 5 Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
§ 6 Warranty
The warranty is provided according to statutory provisions.
§ 7 Cost Bearing Agreement
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you shall bear the regular costs of returning the goods if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed 40 euros, or if, in the case of a higher price for the item, you have not yet made the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of withdrawal. Otherwise, the return is free of charge for you.
§ 8 Prices
The price specified in the respective offer for the purchased item is considered the final price. The price does not include delivery and shipping costs.
§ 9 Commercial Jurisdiction
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is our business location, if you are a merchant.
