• § 1 Scope of Application
  These General Terms and Conditions exclusively govern the business relationship between Texolution GmbH and the customer.
  Texolution GmbH does not recognize any terms and conditions that conflict with or deviate from these GTC.
  
  § 2 Conclusion of Contract
  The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. After entering your personal data and clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button in the final step of the order process, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after the order is submitted. The purchase contract is concluded with our order confirmation or delivery of the
  goods. If you do not receive an order confirmation or delivery from us within 7 days, you are no longer bound by your order.

  § 4 Partial Deliveries
  We are entitled to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for you. Additional shipping costs will only be incurred if expressly agreed upon.
  
  § 5 Retention of Title
  The delivered goods remain our property until full payment.
  
  § 6 Warranty
  The warranty is provided in accordance with statutory provisions.
  
  § 7 Cost-Bearing Agreement
  If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must bear the regular costs of returning the goods if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed 40 Euros, or if, at the time of withdrawal, you have not yet provided the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment for goods with a higher price. Otherwise, the return is free of charge for you. If you would like a replacement delivery for your returned items, we reserve the right to charge a processing and shipping fee of €3.50.
  
  § 8 Prices
  The price stated in the respective offer for the purchased item is the final price. The price does not include delivery and shipping costs.
  
  § 9 Commercial Place of Jurisdiction
  The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is our registered office, if you are a merchant.

         § 10 Discounts through Newsletter Subscriptions

         The 15% newsletter discount applies exclusively to the first order and is only valid in the online shop.
