Terms and Conditions 2020

  • § 1 Scope of Application
    These General Terms and Conditions exclusively govern the business relationship between Texolution GmbH and the customer.
    Texolution GmbH does not recognize any terms and conditions that conflict with or deviate from these GTC.

    § 2 Conclusion of Contract
    The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. After entering your personal data and clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button in the final step of the order process, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after the order is submitted. The purchase contract is concluded with our order confirmation or delivery of the
    goods. If you do not receive an order confirmation or delivery from us within 7 days, you are no longer bound by your order.

    The specific order data will be sent to you by email.

    § 4 Partial Deliveries
    We are entitled to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for you. Additional shipping costs will only be incurred if expressly agreed upon.

    § 5 Retention of Title
    The delivered goods remain our property until full payment.

    § 6 Warranty
    The warranty is provided in accordance with statutory provisions.

    § 7 Cost-Bearing Agreement
    If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must bear the regular costs of returning the goods if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed 40 Euros, or if, at the time of withdrawal, you have not yet provided the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment for goods with a higher price. Otherwise, the return is free of charge for you. If you would like a replacement delivery for your returned items, we reserve the right to charge a processing and shipping fee of €3.50.

    § 8 Prices
    The price stated in the respective offer for the purchased item is the final price. The price does not include delivery and shipping costs.

    § 9 Commercial Place of Jurisdiction
    The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is our registered office, if you are a merchant.

         § 10 Discounts through Newsletter Subscriptions

         The 15% newsletter discount applies exclusively to the first order and is only valid in the online shop.

§ 11 Processing and Shipping Costs
Processing and shipping costs within Germany are €3.90 for orders up to €39. Orders over €39 are shipped free of charge.
Processing and shipping costs to Switzerland, Austria, France, Italy, Belgium, and the Netherlands are from €5.90 for orders up to €49. Orders over €49 are shipped free of charge.
Processing and shipping costs to the rest of the world are from €5.90 for orders up to €69. Orders over €69 are shipped free of charge.

Ich bin eine Soul Sister, weil ...

… ich für andere da bin, Mut mache, unterstütze und daran glaube, dass wir Frauen uns gegenseitig stärken sollten. 

1. Wofür brennst du?

Ich brenne dafür, Menschen zu unterstützen und besonders denen eine Stimme zu geben, die sie gerade selbst nicht finden.

Ich möchte Mut machen, hinsehen statt wegsehen und zeigen, dass ein Lächeln, ein Kompliment oder eine kleine Geste manchmal schon einen Unterschied machen kann.

Und natürlich schlägt mein Herz auch für DAILYSOCKS. Ich bin von Stunde eins an dabei – sogar die allererste Sockenparty fand bei uns zu Hause statt. 

2. Wann warst du zuletzt mutig?

Mutig bin ich immer dann, wenn ich meine Meinung sage, Verantwortung übernehme und für das einstehe, was mir wichtig ist.

Für mich bedeutet Mut aber auch, Hilfe anzunehmen, wenn man sie braucht. Man muss nicht immer alles alleine schaffen. Zu erkennen, wann Unterstützung gut tut, ist keine Schwäche, sondern Stärke. 

Vielleicht war ich in den letzten Jahren mutiger, als mir damals selbst bewusst war.

Hochschwanger habe ich für unsere Tochter gekämpft und gleichzeitig als Mutter Verantwortung getragen. Kurz darauf stand ich mit drei Kindern, davon einem neugeborenen Baby vor einer großen Entscheidung: Traue ich mir zu, mich politisch einzubringen und Verantwortung für unsere Gemeinschaft zu übernehmen?

Ich habe mich dafür entschieden.

Ich bin bei der Kommunalwahl angetreten und sitze seit 2025 im Rat. Gerade angesichts der politischen Bedingungen und der Herausforderungen unserer Zeit ist das nicht immer der einfachste Weg.

Aber Mut bedeutet für mich nicht, keine Zweifel zu haben.

Mut bedeutet, trotz Zweifel aufzustehen, seine Stimme zu erheben und Verantwortung zu übernehmen.

Für meine Familie. Für unsere Kinder. Und für eine Politik, bei der es sich lohnt, mitzugestalten.

3. Was möchtest du anderen Frauen sagen?

Glaubt an euch und macht euch nicht kleiner, als ihr seid. Nehmt euren Platz ein, sagt eure Meinung und habt den Mut, euren eigenen Weg zu gehen.

Seid füreinander da, macht euch gegenseitig Mut und unterstützt euch. Denn wenn Frauen sich gegenseitig stärken, entsteht etwas ganz Besonderes: Stärke, die auch andere mitträgt.
