Under the motto "Cheese Feet," around 120 sock-loving women gathered at the Hafenkäserei in Münster last Monday. Among the attendees were many loyal Dailysocks fans, as well as some curious guests who wondered what exactly lay behind the name "Dailysocks.berlin."
After the 60 women from Wettringen had already toasted to their ladies' night with a glass of Prosecco on the bus journey organized for this event, the evening officially began for all other guests at 7 PM. Anna opened the evening by welcoming everyone and also took the opportunity to provide some background information about our company to those who hadn't heard much about Dailysocks yet. She mentioned that our socks are exclusively produced in Portugal, where they are first designed by us and then knitted in small family businesses before being distributed by us from Wettringen. She noted that while she and her aunt Marlene are the public face of Dailysocks, 10 other women work behind the scenes, supporting the two founders with their diverse personalities and ensuring the company's very existence.
Anna then handed over to Ann-Paulin Söbbeke, the founder of Hafenkäserei in Münster. An organic show dairy – that's what Ann-Paulin Söbbeke envisioned, and so she founded Hafenkäserei in 2014. More information followed about Hafenkäserei's philosophy, and several types of cheese were presented, which our enthusiastic visitors were able to sample on arranged cheese platters. Not to be forgotten was our surprise guest, Ulli Kelle, who provided general amusement with a self-composed song.
Afterward, everyone went up to the red carpet, where Dailysocks.berlin's new spring/summer collection was soon presented. In a total of 11 rounds, our models showcased the socks to the curious visitors. We deliberately selected women like you and me who presented our socks combined with outfits from their own wardrobes, so everyone could see how easily you can jazz up your everyday look with Dailysocks.
At the end, each woman was allowed to choose a free sock and had the opportunity to receive advice from our team. Afterward, we concluded the evening together in a cozy atmosphere with a glass of wine.
Overall, the mix of entertainment and fashion was a complete success! Although such events are certainly new territory for us, and we definitely have much to learn, everyone was super satisfied and had fun. At the end of the day, the main thing was that we had a wonderful ladies' night together in the name of Dailysocks.berlin, and we are, of course, looking forward to many more!
